What fluids to replace/flush when?

Picked up a used G37X with 43K miles on it. Had the dealer give it an inspection and had the front brakes service bulletin applied. They tried to sell me a $400 rear brake job and another $400+ or so in fluid flush/replace (wanted to do everything: radiator, transmission, differential/transfer case, brakes).

I know from experience at Volvo and Acura this is how dealers try to make money. I'm sure a lot of Infiniti owners have deep pockets and just trust the dealer and pay their crazy prices.

I told the service rep that I reviewed the maintenance schedule for this car and I didn't see any of these things listed in the first 80K miles! Only oil changes, inspections, and in-cabin filter replacement! They said they make this recommendation for preventative maintenance on a case by case basis. OOH KAY.

Out of all the fluid flush/replacements that can be done on the car. Which ones would people recommend as most necessary (do it sooner than later) and which ones are the easiest to do yourself?

I got my ATF, differential fluid flush, and synthetic oil change done for less than $200 (parts + labor) at 35k miles.
The easiest thing to DIY is changing cabin air filter and engine air filter.
