Help Cleaning throttle body

Cleaning throttle body

I have 3rd gen injen intake for about the last 10k miles now and I kinda feel hesotation sometimes. The car has 17k now and just wondering cause of better air flow the faster it got dirty?

How much dirt passes through is dependent on your filtration, not your flow rate or which intake you have. That being said, I don't have any info on filtration efficiency if different filters. If anybody else does I sure wish they'd post it because I'd like to know.

I clean my TBs about every 20K miles or as needed. Take the tube off and see how they look. Look at the back of the butterfly as well as the front.
