Thanks Joe the totally helpful info. I will be using the Motul 8100 X-Cess 5W-30 for this coming oil change. I hope I can find it around here but I don't think it will be a problem. Fortunately for me I won't be storing my car for winter since they are super mild here in B'ham, AL.

i put esthers in my oil to make it smell better...

Umm it's a pretty specialized oil and will be hard to find at a physical store especially in your area. I would suggest buying it from a trusted online source. You can probably find it for less than $10/quart. Let me know how it goes for you. I am using it at my 11250 oil change but that will probably be Spring 09.
