Excessive wind noise after storm...

I live in Ohio, right smack dab in the middle of that huge wind storm that tore through here two weeks ago. I was driving from Detroit to Dayton in the middle of that storm, and cars were all over I-75, blowing back and forth from lane to lane.

During that trip, my drivers-side window was actually getting blown slightly out of the track, breaking the seal and allowing wind in during big gusts. I thought it was a one-time deal, and it was just because of the 70mph winds.

However, since then, whenever I get up to 75-80mph on the expressway, I hear a very distinct excessive wind noise that I never noticed before. It sounds almost like the door isn't closed all the way, but it is. And the window is all the way up. Could I have actually broken some sort of seal? Anyone have any suggestions?
