i think its behind the battery? well im not sure what it looks like but there's a filter behind the battery...looks like it would be for cabin filter

If it is like the G35, then you have to get behind the glovebox. I havent done mine yet, but if you try it on yours, be sure to turn off the car and disconnect the battery. There may be an airbag wire that you will have to disconect and if the car is on it will throw an airbag light.
So I found out where and how to get to the "in-cabin microfilter" by reading the technical manuals (sections VTL: Ventilation System, IP: Instrument Panel, and MA: Maintenance). It is behind the glove box!
Apparently you're suppose to replace it every 15,000 miles/24,000 km/12 months, whichever comes first. However, I couldn't find the part # for the filter... anybody know?

can anyone else confirm that the 1st gen G coupe filter fits our cars as well?
I kno the part #'s are completely different when i asked the dealer, but doesn't mean its not the same sizing.
