How do you adjust the headlights?

Well I meant you should park your car next to another and check to see if one car is projecting low-beams higher than the other.. Since you say the roads do not seem to be as illuminated as other cars you have driven, maybe the other cars have not been as low to the ground or the light position is higher off the bumper than the G. I still think that its just something your going to have to get used to and I seriously doubt your lights are messed up in anyway.

Anyways... Diamond... I dont think there messed up... I just think there lower than i like and yes i will have to get used to them... I came from a SLAMMED maxima with HIDS and I am used to have low lights...
I just thought it may have been a simple quick fix by being adjusted...
by all means i can live with it....

well im not sure about the g37 adjusting headlights but in my ford ranger since its as low as a 240 i adjusted my headlights to point more up simply by turning a **** that was directly behind the headlight housing. Now i think i adjusted them to much bc a lot of people flash me on the road and im just to bizzy to correct the position. but Tomorrow i will check to see if this can be done to the g37, but my only question to you is why do you want to adjust them up/down?

Well the thing is you have to remove the seals for the hood to get to the turning screw... I have not done it because I'm too chicken. I can't find anything in the manual that details how to remove all that plastic/rubber around the edges of the engine compartment. I'm 99% sure that the hole for the adjustment screw is obscured by that stuff.
I can easily see the adjustment screw for the fog lights as indicated in the manual. Looking at the diagram, I can imagine that the spot they are saying the headlight screw is (relative to the fog light that I can see) located is being obscured by the engine compartment trim along the sides.
I've been hoping someone more handy than me would remove it on their car and post up a DIY with pictures

Yeah I posted those pages in the last thread but the problem we have is we have not located the holes that they are putting the screwdriver into for the main headlights. It's obvious in the diagram but go look at your car

you can pull up on that black plastic and see behind the headlight, i took a quick look and thought i saw one of them, but didn't have time to look too hard
