Question First Brake Repair - 2013 G37S M6 Sedan

After 13 years of ownership and 102,000 km, it seems a break repair is necessary for the first time. There is no squealing noise from the wear sensor on the (inner) pads - not sure why! - but I noticed some grooves on the exterior face, close to the circumference on the rear rotors. My car is equipped with the INFINITI (not Brembo) 4-piston (front) and 2-piston (rear) fixed callipers.

I believe the original factory-installed pads are ceramic since my car never had a brake dust problem.

The OEM pads and rotors set is expensive, and I am not sure if it would be worthwhile. What third-party brands would be recommended for the pads and rotors? My local mechanic said he normally gets Bendix or Wagner. Are these okay? My goal would be to get something similar in quality and durability to the OEMs.

You have the sports package. It says "Infiniti" on the calipers, but they are made by Akebono. I like the Powerstop Z26-1346 and Z26-1347 pads. Their rotors are trash though.
