Cold start RPM drops for a second

I can't remember if I posted this here or not but I don't think I'm the only one with this problem. A lot of times when I cold start my vehicle below 25F I get this very low RPM drop for a second, then the car wakes up like it's nothing. I have no CELs, two new OEM o2 sensors with less than 10k on them by now. Intakes aren't leaking. And I haven't had any issues with my tune or had this happen in previous winters. My only guess is my fuel pump or the new Redline 5w30 I'm using? But someone in a different forum said the oil definitely wouldn't cause this.

When’s the last time you changed spark plugs or cleaned your TB’s?

A little over 2 years ago or 40k miles. I did both obviously since I took them off to do the plugs. I know they get dirty fast but I haven't had issues with them. So far I'm thinking it's tuning related so far since everything else has been absolutely fine.
