Overheating / Temperature gauge is bouncing around and redlining

I have a 2010 g37x that I just purchased a week ago and had some codes up about the map sensor, cylinder 3 misfire, and small Evap leak.

So yesterday I tackled the cleaning of my map sensor and then resetting the ECU step by step I followed along from a great post on this forum I found and it worked perfectly. So I took the car out for a drive after for the system to relearn , although the post said they just let it idle for 20 minutes, idk if it matters after the ECU reset ? And if it factored to what happened. But anyways the codes were fine and the car was driving noticeably better with more responsive throttle and power than I have experienced. I did a few pulls that felt great and when I got back home I decided to take it to the car wash and started it back up and noticed my engine fan was cranking full blast and very loud but still decided to drive and as I got down the road I saw my tenpature gauge was redlining so I backed if the gas and out it in neutral and it would go back down to about half way and then it would bounce around a bit . So I stopped the car and let it cool . And worked my way back home safely. I have no idea what this could be and where to start my fluids are good and there is no code . I really am sad because I just got this car and love it and it's my only way of transportation and can't drive it at all like this till its fixed. Any and all help would be so appreciated beyond words.

Does anyone think that by me pushing the car harder after the ECU reset that it could have factored into such ? I'm just pondering everything . Another thing to note is when I hit the gas the tenpature gauge rises with it .

Thank you all in advance 🙏🏼
Hi all so this pic was taken when I got it back and shut the car off showing how hot its getting. There is actually no codes or service engine light soon in.
