Help! Car won’t accelerate past 2500 RPM, jerking while accelerating

Recently I started experiencing an issue with my car not being able to go past 2500 RPMs and it doing this jerking movement when I accelerate. Once this started to happen my service engine light came on and I went to get it scanned. After replacing my Map sensor and both MAF sensors, codes p0011 & p0021 started to come up. I replaced both solenoids but my service engine light is still on and when I take it to get scanned, the same codes continue to come up and the same issue continues to occur. The only thing that seems to help is when I reset the ecu to eliminate the service engine light and then my car goes back to normal for about a day before going back this kind of jerking state. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Or might have an idea of what I should do next?. Tried to post a clip of what the issue is, but the file is apparently to big.

I remember having the same exact issue with my G. The codes were blaming the MAF sensors even when both are new and OEM. Try another ECU reset and follow the procedures in this video.
My car stopped having the violent jerking issues since I've done this.

So I ended up taking it to a vq motor specialist and what I was told was that the cam sprockets and oil gallery gasket went out and also something with the timing was off? Can’t remember exactly what I was I was told on that part. So the guy told me they could fix it but I would still run the risk of the issue coming back and that I would be paying more for the repair than I would just swapping the engine out. So I went and got another engine with 68k on it. Car has been running great ever since.
