Headlight? Ballast? Please HELP!

I have a g37 coupe, the passengers headlight went out. I changed the ballast. The headlight was working perfectly fine until today. There is condensation inside the headlight. Could it be that the ballast got wet again? Could I bake it in the sun and reapply more silicon?

The fuse box is where the battery is at on the side. You should try and change the fuses first. If not. Try and take the ballast of the other side and put it on the side it doesn't work. If it doesn't work then it could be you have burned out bulbs. If it does work then it's the ballast. I bought a ballast on ebay and it works really well. Make sure you don't have any water in the headlight.
