New noise
Need help identifying this noise. 2011 G37 117k Just changed out the a/c compressor a week ago. Sound does not change if a/c is on or off.

While the belt was removed (for the AC compressor replacement) did you check the idler pulley's and the tensioner pulley?

It was the smooth and one grooved idler pulley's that were singing and grinding. Changed both with new serpentine belt. All good.
