My wife’s 2013 g37’s am/fm not working.
This morning my son used the usb in the console to use his tablet and charge while going out. It worked fine.
We never use the usb for that

Anyhow, she tapped the am/fm and it does nothing display shows “no usb memory” .
I took a cd popped it in and cd music works fine. Remove disk and now the message says no disk when tapping the am/fm.
Took my iPhone usb plugged it in the console usb. It plays great. Unplug it and it says “no usb memory”
What the heck.
Seems it will remember the last data source but wont flip on radio.
What you guys think?
My wife is gonna go nuclear if I can’t fix it…

Did you try cycling through the different modes using the SOURCE button on the steering wheel? Or by voice command (if you have NAV)?

 

Does the car hav NAV? Is it a Bose system? You're saying the AM/FM button on the center console no longer works? Have you tried the "source" button near your left thumb on the steering wheel?
