Rims and Tires

Help me out please, i’m new to this whole thing and i just got my G a couple months ago, I have a 2009 G37 Journey Sedan and i’ve been looking at rims and tires but I just don’t want to Jump the gun without knowing, what’s the best setup for a flush fitment without having to do anything to the car to make them fit? Can i run 19s with no problems or do i need to go lower? I have a square setup, no big brakes no nothing completely stock, and if you could help me out by suggesting certain tire sizes to run that would help a lot. Thank you

you can also check what others have done here: Fitment Industries - Infiniti G37 Wheels and Tires gallery
This will give you a visual on different setups/options.

The gram lights are by far my favorite, makes the car look like it's ready to rip on the track.
