Possible Fan issue

2011 G37 sedan driver side fan motor never runs? Are both fans supposed to kick on when temp reaches 213 as of now only the passenger fan runs?

Could be a bad motor.

Run the IPDM self test (see here) and observe what the fans do.

Ran test still no drivers fan. Fans are new. Is there fuses associated with the ipdm module

No one seems to know if both fans are supposed to run when temps demand it or just one?

Problem fixed replaced fan control module. Hi speed fan side of module open Circuit installed new OEM module Ran IPDM test and perfect. Kicks on low speed at 204 high speed at 213 runs constant with AC on.
