2011 G37 over heating issue

Hey guys I am fairly new to the G world and I own a 2011 G37 base sedan , 64k miles auto , the vehicle is over heating during stops only , I thought thermostat and changed it with a oem one , I thought module when the driver side fan wouldn’t turn on so I replaced the fan module with oem , it’s still over heating on stops only ( I switch the heater on and the temp drops and that’s how I drive it sadly ) the driver side fan still doesn’t work , anyone have any ideas ? The passenger fan I believe Ac fan works perfect , any information or help is appreciated , thanks guys/galls

If one fan doesn't work you should replace it and also have to bleed out the system it will be a good start
