Hi all,

Don't know too much about repairs etc. but recently took my car to the dealership and the quote for some of the repairs seemed a bit extreme. I have a 2013 G37 Sedan and I was quoted $1,370 for a y pipe replacement, 640 for rear break pads and 595 for an axle repair. Due to the high total cost of the repairs I did some research on my own and I can't find anything to support how high the quoted prices are. Am I missing something? The highest priced y pipes I can find online are like $500?

It's best to shop around and get different quotes. I can tell you that for break pads replacement I have utilized Nissan dealer to save cost.
