Question Help with Coilovers

Hello my fellow G37 affiliates, Im looking on what coilovers to get on my G. My first option would be raceland coilovers but unfortunately they dont support the AWD models. I had a friend tell me about Maxpeedingrods coilovers, and I was interested because they only cost $475. But my other friend told me those coils ride like ****. I want to get something quality but I also don't want to be paying ah band jus to lower my car a few inches. Any recommendations are appreciated!

Cheap and good ride don't go together with coilovers. Pay to play.

I’m going to advise you to not lower your car if you are on a tight budget looking at $500 coilovers.

Please don’t put racelands, maxspeed, green geiko, yellow fever or whatever else crap coilovers on your car and expect even decent ride quality.

If your shocks are still good get swift springs and a quality alignment as close to stock specs and call it a day.

Lowering will also require an alignment, meaning more parts and more money depending on how low you are going.

Tires get real expensive real quick.

If you just have to lower it, then get a set Tein Basis set them to a reasonable height with a good alignment and rotate tires every 5k. These are the cheapest acceptable coilovers by my standards for the G. They’re from a reputable company with quality components, QC, and great ride quality.
