Hazard lights and wipers won’t turn off

Installed a new battery in 2012 G37 journey ; upon starting up the wipers and hazards lights turn on automatically and will not turn off. Any suggestions?

Leave the battery unhooked for a couple hours and try again

Check for the dreaded water intrusion in the passenger side footwell. I believe both wipers and hazard lights are controlled by the BCM so be sure that black box is not wet.
