Installed paddle shifters on my non s model

I did this back in April and LOVE IT!!!!
I bought some used paddles off of Ebay.

So you use them? I looked at adding them but found too many posts of people who ended up not using them after a bit.

I used them all the time when I first installed them but not that much anymore. Using the shifter seems to work better.
The paddles on the steering column look bad *** though.

My car came with them and I use them all the time. I'm a two hand on the steering wheel kind of driver though.

I definitely use them. The transmission in D and DS response too slowly and it's nice to be able to downshift before overtaking or accelerating. It just takes some time to accommodate for the slight delay; it's no worse than the F1 gearboxes of the early 2000s Ferraris/Maseratis

One can also consider the debate on grounding kits and their effect on shifting

Interesting, I'm usually a two hands guy, but find one hand sitting on the shifter these days - too much traffic? They do look good.
I recall that the paddles from the same era Maxima will also fit I believe? sometimes found on ebay for cheaper, and they came in some different materials.

I bought used paddles off of Ebay for $200.00 I wasn't gonna buy new ones.
