Insurance denied my claim?
Could insurance denied my claim of hit and run if my the find out my car has test pipes.

Unless they have stated that already dont assume that they will.
Unless that "hit and run" was you with the VSC off trying to slide and hit something and trying to make it look like it.

The test pipes have no effect on the accident, so they should have no effect on the claim.

Some insurance companies require you to disclose *ALL* modifications... If you don't and they find out, they can refuse coverage.
