No they're longer, and I believe slightly wider (not 100% sure about the vert though). There was a write-up on this site on how to create your own though. If you're crafty, maybe search for around for it.

How much? Also I see people run the power off the BCM, I’m sure you could pull power from the door lights, just not sure where the wires are...
