So i’m a new owner of a 2010 G37. Going through my settings I found the “Info” tab, which led me to “Maintenance” where i’m about to see my engine life, oil filter, and tires. No where can I find what the “Other Reminders” column means.. any info/ advice on this ?

 

I think it's just a generic category you can use for whatever you want a reminder for - Wiper Blades, Alignment, Fluid Change, Brakes, etc.
I don't believe there is a way to change the name from "other"

 

So there no way to determine which of those things it’s trying to remind you of ?
* before some light pops up in the dash

 

It isn't a reminder for anything specific. Not linked to any codes.

It's simply based on mileage.
You can set the mileage reminder for whatever interval you want.

For example: say I want to remind myself to top off my windshield washer fluid every 10k miles.
I can set the "Other" reminder interval for 10,000 miles. After 10k miles, when the "Other" notice pops up, I know it's time to add more washer fluid.
