I have already removed my hood linear and installed a strut bar. What's next?

CONGRATS!! Stillen CAI & CBE would be nice to start. I have G37 with both and it is pleasing. No tune tho since under warranty still.

I have Stillen performance parts (there are others like Takeda, Invidia, ARK, Borla, Tanabe - not familiar with these) and have had nothing but good experience.
I have the same CAI (fits 2015 Q40): https://www.stillen.com/catalog/prod...category/1149/

I have the same CBE (fits 2015 Q40): https://www.stillen.com/catalog/prod...category/1232/

These are the 2 mods I have on my G. I'm not a mechanic but there could possible be cheaper alternatives to what I suggested. But this is what I currently have and am very happy with.

Post some pics!! Comment back or PM me if you want as well.

Driver education. Learn how to get the most of what you already have. You have Blackhawk Farms, Elkhart Lake and Putnam Park reasonably close.

Lance figure out what you want out of your car, performance, handling, appearance then go from there.
