Need some advice
I waited 5 years to do the clutch pedal and I regret not doing it sooner. The car is just so much easier to drive smoothly, and this is coming from someone who spent 5 years saying "I don't have a problem with the stock setup"
PM vendors for the best price. They sometimes sell below manufacturers minimum advertised price.
The STS makes shifting so much firmer and precise in addition to being shorter both in throw and in height. I'd recommend planning out a **** and boot in advance. Most people destroy the **** during the removal, and the boot is cheap and looks bunched up with the STS.

I ordered the RJM Clutch Pedal today...whoo hoo! Can't drive this thing one more minute with the stock clutch....uggh....Will consider the sways. On the STS, what brand? Also, does it remove any of the sound deadening or anything like that? I had a Mustang I put in a STS and the shifter was great, but the noise and water/air leaks was not.
i have TWM and it hasn't caused any additional noise or leaks.
There is, however, a rubber boot that seals up from the bottom, depending on condition, it may need replaced. It's possible that if it wasn't installed correctly or was torn, that it could let some moisture in, but as long as it is properly installed and in good shape it will be fine.

That's subjective. But it would be amazing if all good mods only cost as much as a short-throw shifter.
So much better. And it's something you appreciate having every single time you drive your car. Here, watch this cheesy video:

OP - the new ride looks sweet! congrats. i look forward to your impression after spending some seat time in the G37, comparing it to the G35.
another item i'd suggest is to install the OEM rear decklid lip. it is a very nice and subtle improvement over the faux-chrome strip. every S model should have it.
