Mileage difference - is 7K a big deal?

I would go with the LP one. It's easier to take care of and will probably look nicer in the long run compared to black.

I'd go with the black. Nothing looks better than a clean black car.

As for looking nicer in the long run. The below pic is of my black Grand Prix with around 175k miles at the time of the photo, and that is with crap quality GM paint.

GM quality is trash, especially the stuff of that era. The places they cut corners is astounding.

Granted in the photo I posted it was right after a good detailing, but the fact remains black can still look good many years and miles down the road.

Few of us have time to wash the car multiple times a week. Mine is lucky to get washed at least once a month.

Mine isn't washed multiple times a week. Its lucky to get washed once a month, and detailed once a year.
