Bolt on mods benefits ie intake

Just got an Ark exhaust for my '10 37xS sedan and want to get a tune to sharpen things up. Before i do so i want to consider other bolt ons first thing being an intake system.

I know its a hot topic if intakes actually do anything but my question is do they with the addition of the exhaust and tune?

If so, which is best forward positioned or rams? I did ram on my integra back in the day and recall it sucking in the heat of the summer. Just seemed slow and bogged down, is this still the case with the dual intakes of the g37?

You want to take care of your basic bolt one before a tune really... Most people go with Stillen Gen 3's or Takeda for intakes. If you don't want cold air, a lot of people like the R2C intakes. I personally have the Gen 3's and I love them. I just started tuning my car this weekend with Seb from specialty Z, my only power adders at the moment are a full GTHaus catback, gen 3's, a Motordyne m370 manifold, and a port n polish.
