What did you do to your Sedan today?
We will see where this goes. I'm not going to make any moves anytime soon, but just trying to think ahead which direction I'd like to go within the next year or two. Put more money into the G or "upgrade" to the M3. I do see it as an upgrade, both cars serve a similar function but I believe I'd enjoy the M3 more. But parts are more expensive and it's not as reliable.
There are so many considerations. The G is rock solid and I enjoy it very much. I've always owned MT cars and if I got the M3, I would most likely get the DCT, so that would leave me without an MT vehicle. Would I be okay with that? Hard to tell. There's also the element of regret I may feel about selling the G because it's a unicorn, I'm sure many of you can attest to that. I'd hate to see it go into someone else's hands.
The G is paid off this year and my wife's Cruze will be next year, so that gives us wiggle room in 2024. I don't really want another car payment, so I may just start saving up for an M3 at that point. Or if the economy and markets rebound later this year and into 2024, I may have some potentially lucrative investments that could be the deciding factor.

You're probably right. But I didn't buy my 6MT Sedan with any consideration to what other people think. Whatever appeal my car has to me, it's a reflection, not a projection.
I have noticed over the last couple of years how both cars ae becoming increasingly uncommon on the road. Whereas 10 years ago the G sedan was everywhere. But I suppose that's a Mr. Obvious moment.

But like you said, 10 years ago Gs were everywhere and now I rarely see Gs, or even the Qs for the matter. The Q60 Couple is a beautiful car, so I'd catch one of them if they were driving anywhere near me - Of course blended in with all the White Teslas here in SoCal.
To be fair, I have only seen one (1) Q50... as every other sedan around here is either German or a Camry. I've seen a handful of the QX-SUV's, but not many. And, there are less than a dozen G37's that I know of and even fewer G35's or 350/70's... I imagine if Infiniti had a dealership locally (nearest is 2-2½ hours away) there would be more, but even then...
While we don't have a plethora of EV's here, practically every other driveway has a ridiculously overdone Mustang, Camaro, or Dodge whatever parked with 2 or 3 oversized soccer-mom SUV's.

Finally got my Swift springs and KYB shocks installed on my G37x 😁 haven't really gone too far other than from work and back home yet, but I can definitely feel the road more and it seems to handle much more responsive. Wheel and tire install is next on the list.
Spent a good bit on my car this weekend, Installed new Front Wheel Bearing (NSK), passenger side was noisy and the track day put the final nail in the coffin. Got my toe lockout plates in the rear installed, I can torque this bolt to 90ft/lb up from the OEM 65 ft/lb so it should not be moving anymore.

Edit: nut run on torque is 32ft/lb so by torque wrench set it to 122ft/lb.
Got the VQ35HR Intake installed.

The bad news is that my new wheels and tires have a vibration at freeway speeds. What is odd is that while at constant freeway speeds, the vibration isn't consistent. It will get a little worse, then almost go away, only to come back again. If the wheels were out of balance I'd expect the vibration to be constant at a constant speed.
I do know I won't be buying General Tires again in the future. Back to premium brands like Michelin, Pirelli, Bridgestone, for me no matter how highly rated a lower tier tire is.
Sorry I just saw this post, but if you're still having issues, these are the rings I purchased for my Superspeed wheels and I haven't had any vibrations with them since they've been on the car: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Not saying that's your problem, just saying that sometimes its something really unlikely, because stuff happens.
