Use some type of tool I installed mine yesterday and had to use tools lol. Here's the pic if you get a hold of vice grips you'll be set but I'll post what I used lol don't laugh it worked haha. I used a small flat head on some on the side of the **** and pulled and then got frusturated and got the big tool haha
The first time I had to pull them off it was tough but I used one of those rubber finger grips (the kind bankers use to thumb through money) slipped over the **** and it gripped well enough for me to pull them off.
