Jsolo- It could be ice cold trans fluid. I only notice it under extreme cold when first driving. Fortunately, the engine puts out so much heat that it does not last very long

Dealership checked the belts and for intake and exhaust leaks. Nada. others have had similar noises. Best guess so far is A whistle from the airbox or benign VVEL noises.

My '13 sedan doesn't have the the airbox resonators and they don't appear to have been removed. The hole in the side of the box is has a plug in it that appears to be original equipment. Possible they removed the resonators in later years?

Edit: Parts lookup shows it was done away with in MY2011.
