Mine will be:
Ebony Metallic Wood Vinyl (to cover cheap, glossy wood)
Rose Gold Vinyl (to cover chrome- door handles, frame of center around gear select, frame of center console button, logo on wheel, air conditioning vent adjuster strip)
Black Alligator Leather (center console, accent panels in door inserts)
I was considering a real dark wood look also, and did come across that ebony metallic wood. I'm sure it'll look real nice and look forward to seeing it.

I didn't plan early enough to get to this while off for xmas, so it'll probably be on the back burner for a bit for me.

Hopefully others continue to post what they've done or would like to do.

As for the ebony metallic, it isn't very dark. It's a darker wood to be sure but here's a picture for better reference.

I'm not getting the rose gold in time to do the work this weekend. So, maybe Sunday after this coming.

I've done a lighter ebony wood grain vinyl on my trim before. I recently redid my vinyl to a darker wood grain, almost black looking. however, i don't have pics of those at the moment.

Yep! What B said. I like the look. Hard to tell from a few photos, but what I really liked about the 3M Ebony Metallic was that it was printed with some tactile grain. The finish on this stuff looks legitimately like wood more than some of the other samples I've tried.

I figured I'd really try and get this one right considering the tear-down and time involved. I ordered well more than 20 samples and really liked a few of them. I'll say that every Carbon Fiber I've looked at (with one exception) was really nice and played with the light in the cabin beautifully. But, I just can't be three hundred thousandth person to do it.

Also, this is a very strange Smiley option > just sayin.

as i mentioned earlier that i re-vinyled the interior wood grain. took a quick shot of it. it pretty black looking with hint of wood grain. i think i slightly prefer the lighter gray tho, but still good looking i think. Good thing with vinyl, you can always remove and redo!

xzeus, is the ebony wood you used the 3M that kimmspeed posted a pic of? Its hard to tell because of the lighting.

kimmspeed, can't wait to see your pics.

I know I started off really keen on that brushed black, but that ebony has really got my interest!

When I first read about CF wrap I thought, no way, real CF would look great but as a wrap it would look crappy.

Seeing your pics though, it looks great.

Same with the wood. Seeing the pics, it looks way better than I thought it would.
