I'm jealous. $18K CAD -> $13K USD.

I paid $24K USD for mine and that doesn't even include tax, title & license.... and I don't have a man pedal

I have always believed that if you are happy with your purchase, you will forget about the price and enjoy the product.

If you are not happy with the purchase, you are ticked off and remember how much you paid for it.

I assume you are happy with your G37, so enjoy it!

Welcome, and holy heck that's a terrific price. With the dollar right now I'd almost consider selling it to a broker in the states and pocketing the difference.

I will never sell this car as I am looking forward to a low cost of maintenance and enjoying the amazing performance.

My 2001 BMW 530 is a great car and handles VERY well, BUT as most German cars are... well... a little needy in the maintenance department.
For the last 7 years, I have spent $2,000 EVERY YEAR just on parts to keep it in TOP shape. (I do my own work or it would be about double that!)

I hope the G37 will be like my 95 Maxima... You just drive it and change oil and brakes

Actually, the CarFax showed all the dealer activity from the first owner. I will have a closer look.

I thought the CSC is OK with a stock clutch, but dies quickly with an aftermarket clutch.
So far the CSC is good. If it fails, I have a little warranty left or I can change it myself, if needed.

For some reason, I wanted to re-read my first post from late 2015.
It was fun to be reminded of my first few silly questions and the good people here that shared their knowledge with me.

As for the car, it now has 115,000 miles and the only repair required was getting the CSC replaced.
To this day, this car makes me smile every time I drive it.

I suspect the G37 is the last great Infiniti sedan

Seven years and 1300 posts later, and you're still content. That's awesome, Sonic.
