OOps, that's funny, I didn't pay attention to the shifter, but then noticed there were no paddles, then DOH!
Nice that the puzzle is finally solved, it's just a 6MT S w/ anniversary/LE wheels, and still quite rare and still w/ ALL the good stuff, w/ an even better 6MT.
So still WINNING, w/ a plus!
The LE was kind of a marketing smoke & mirror non-thing, putting existing packages and options together with a new set of wheels. I suppose you could say the same of the 2010 Anniversary Edition, but that red leather sure was unique. Kind of hard to dismiss that Monaco Red leather interior.
In any event, the OP has a 6MT Sedan, with LE wheels, the Midnight Grille, rear decklid spoiler and the OEM front chin. Basically, a fully optioned-out 6MT. Regardless of what you call it, that's a respectable and rare car. Seems he fell azz-backwards into a fantastic find.
Time to start modifying it.
Step 1: swaybars
Step 2: RJM clutch pedal assembly
Step 3: whatever, just do steps one and two.

Yes, I did - kind of... I have been looking for a replacement for my E39 530 for the last 9 months. Nothing was close to what I had, until I spotted this G37.
I did realize it was a little different (hard to miss the wheels & front spoiler), but couldn't find out exactly what it was.
All: Thanks for your help in figuring out what he car is.
As for mods: tinted windows will be first and then snow tires/rims.
I will have to look into the RJM clutch pedal... The clutch is a little different.

If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for it? I jist bought a 2013 g37s a month ago.
It is paint code QAA and I was told it is "Aspen White", but it looks like that is "Moonlight White" in the US.
That's correct. My Moonlight White 6MT Sedan is code QAA.
It's a PITA, 3-stage paint that almost never matches repair work. However, it's also quite striking. More white than traditional "pearl white" paints, but still a subtle flake to it.
By today's rate, that's $24,850 USD... which makes a whole lot more sense.
Still a terrific find.
It was purchased for $18,000 Canadian, or about $13,000 US if someone wanted to import it back to the US.
All the other G37s I looked at (In Toronto) were $24,000+ and didn't have the 9 spoke rims, front chin/rear spoiler and black grill)
I hope that I don't find something very wrong with it!!
How the heck could that car be sold for only $13k USD? I don't understand.
After the deal was signed, I asked the dealer why did he price it so low. He told me that the car was "out of season, as no one want a rear wheel drive car for winter" and also because it was a manual transmission. He must of got it about $15,000 or so, as he put on 2 new tires on the rear (same brand and type as the front!!) in order for it to pass safety.
I was prepared to pay $25,000 for a G37, and got VERY lucky to find this.
