Colors.

Vibrant Red
Black Obsidian
Blue Slate
Graphite Shadow
Liquid Platinum
Moonlight White
Smoky Quartz
Malbec Black

VR and MW are pretty common abbreviations here. I've seen Black Obsidian as BO and OB both.

I have a Q40 and I started with a Ecutek tune with Visconti and made a huge improvement from stock setup. Zebastian from Specialty Z is also another guy to go to for Ecutek tuning.

I just wish our G37 ride height stock is ike the stock BMW 3 series...

Swift spring is my next mod.

Hey, what about a Blue Slate 6MT sedan - does that count as unicorn too? Lol. I know how rare VR is in general let alone a 6MT sedan.

But seriously, I've never seen another BS manual G37 sedan. Even in this forum...but I know they're out there.

The more common 6MT colours seem to be black, white, grey and silver. Pretty much in that order.

It's been over four years since I was searching for a 6MT Sedan, but I have to say in all honesty, back then I had the impression that Blue Slate was super common. If there were any color more likely to be had as a 6MT, it was Black Obsidian and Blue Slate.

Maybe things changed since then. Or maybe it was an anomaly at the time I was searching.

^ you might be right for the US market, not sure. Canada seems to get limited production runs compared with the US region. we typically see fewer options, packages, and color combo variations than does the US. and this goes for most cars from other makes as well. for instance our 'base' models are never quite as basic as the US, i guess you guys like to see the lowest possible advertised price even if it is near impossible to find a model with no options.

in Canada the only 6MT sedans i've ever seen advertised are white, black, grey, and one red '08 G35 6MT. Blue Slate is relatively common, just not in 6MT guise.

Very nice!! Welcome to the site! I wish that I could provide feedback on upgrades/mods for the 6MT, but I have no experience with that model and wouldn't know what to improve upon. For my G37xS, it was pretty obvious that handling was the first area that needed improvements.

The feedback you've received from other members is a great start!
