I hear a repeated ticking noise like the wheel of fortune sound, whenever I accelerate hard, over 3500 rpm.

It seems like it's coming from somewhere near the wheel area but not for sure.

Definitely not windshield popping noise or knocking sound. I drove without the windshield cowel to test it, and used premium only.

Maybe the heat core silicon problem but since there is no noise when revving in idle, so I'm not sure.


I've searched and found several people with similar issues but couldn't find any firm answer.
