G37x sedan price?
KBB, NADA, Autotrader, Cars.com, ebay, our very own classifieds, etc etc.
Yes it will be tricky to price such a low mileage car, and you will undoubtedly take a huge hit if you bought new, and carmax prices its purchases according to the convenience it offers to the seller, meaning you will not get the best deal. The above are just few examples of resources available to you to help determine going rate of your car. not sure if you expect someone to do this for you...

I know this is just my anecdote, but after going through the process of purchase/trade offer/financing offer, I wouldn't sell to Carmax or finance through them, but would purchase through them if they have something you like. KBB on my car was $2k, they offered me $1200 on trade. I ended up donating it to a charity that got 2400 for it at auction.
I had financing locked on through my bank 4%, and I gave them the chance to beat that through their internal financing. They came back at 12%! After that experience, I won't sell to them or finance through them, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy through them again.
