KBB, NADA, Autotrader, Cars.com, ebay, our very own classifieds, etc etc.

Yes it will be tricky to price such a low mileage car, and you will undoubtedly take a huge hit if you bought new, and carmax prices its purchases according to the convenience it offers to the seller, meaning you will not get the best deal. The above are just few examples of resources available to you to help determine going rate of your car. not sure if you expect someone to do this for you...

See I have checked those sites before asking here. I actually wanted to know how much people who bought their car with those mileage actually paid. Kbb says my car's worth 26k whereas I see similar cars with similar mileage listed for 28-30k. But there is no way to tell how much they actually sold the car for. So yeah I didn't expect anyone to research for me, but to actually tell me if they had a similar experience and how it went.

I know this is just my anecdote, but after going through the process of purchase/trade offer/financing offer, I wouldn't sell to Carmax or finance through them, but would purchase through them if they have something you like. KBB on my car was $2k, they offered me $1200 on trade. I ended up donating it to a charity that got 2400 for it at auction.

I had financing locked on through my bank 4%, and I gave them the chance to beat that through their internal financing. They came back at 12%! After that experience, I won't sell to them or finance through them, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy through them again.

Yeah I don't really want to sell it to them as well, but after taking the mods off the car in a few weeks, I'll just visit them once just to see how much they are willing to pay for it.
