Shift ****

So I know this is kind of an old topic but i just wanted to bring it back to light with these 3 new shift ***** from Nissan for the 2016 Maxima.

and immediately the 4DSC **** stands out (IMP) and I want one, but as everyone wants to know wheather this will be comparable with our G's.

They come in the follow configurations

Wood Grain appearance
Carbon Fiber appearance
Brushed Satin w/4DSC embossed (white stitching)
Brushed Satin w/4DSC embossed (blue stitching)

What's your thoughts on this ..

Here is the direct link

I saw that last week and had the same thought. Just from the look, i would say there is a good chance they would fit or with minor modification. My dealer currently have them in stock for $170. Tempting to find out myself

those looks pretty sweet especially the CF one would go nice with my theme. They look a little thin to my liking but then again I have the M ****

That's interesting. I've been thinking about a GTR **** but this may be an option.

Yes. The Maxima only comes in a CVT automatic.

That's good looking. Be interesting to try that with the shifter reduction mod.

I want one - but the real question is will it fit?

I remember my maxima shift **** was very similar to this infiniti one with little collar/clip that holds it in place. We just need to confirm the thread size and depth but I imagine they are probably the same.

Perhaps wait and see how the new ***** look on new Q models, rather then using maxima?

Anyone know if the thread size/depth of the last gen maxima shift **** worked with the G? I'd assume that the new one is the same because it is the same CVT in the new maxima. If so, I might be willing to be a guinea pig and try it out.
