Unhappy Tollbooth ***** Sheild- Missing

So I ordered this on Ebay from them and "says" it was delivered FedEx yesterday? I go nothing, Has anyone started a claim with FedEx before? I had had tons of stuff delivered and left at the house and never been missing anything? How's this work? I just got off the phone with Fed ex and should be getting a call back in 2 hrs, I sent a note to Tollbooth ***** on Ebay about it being missing. Anything else I should do,

My last Fed Ex HOME delivery (green FedEx logo with the dog on the truck) said it was delivered early in the morning. When I got home at 5 I was barely out of my truck when the Fed Ex guy pulled in.

My neighborhood has Streets, Places, and Courts. Occasionally I'll get a delivery for the same house number and street name as mine, but I live on Court and he lives on Place. And vice versa.

Another thing I've learned about FedEx. Even if you signed the form allowing signature-less delivery and have enjoyed the service for years, leaving unattended package at your address is at the drivers discretion. If the box is visible on your porch from the street, they may not leave it.

From: Framingham Ma,
Where I live is a vary quite street and have things left all the time, My street name has no similar named RD, Place etc. I would agree that its the drivers choice to leave it but they scanned it as delivered and nothing was there :/ . I own a muli fam and none of the tenants saw anything either.

OP, i suggest you mount a surveillance camera for your property since you have tenants in a multifamily building. It's always a good security measure for the tenants and any visitors to your building. (also as a way to check for packages).

That sucks missing a package. I hope it gets resolved soon. I have a toll booth ***** shield! We lives like 10 minutes away from he. I paid for it and he even help install it free of charge! Awesome guy. I'm sure he'll be down to help out any way he can to get a reimbursement or something with FedEX.

AHHHHH that's cool. I wanted to guess and say a reflective shield for a license plate to mitigate a toll booth camera getting your picture LOL

Yea who the hell would take it, I've had rims and more $$ stuff left outside by fedEX or UPS? I wish I could leave them feedback on Ebay on great they handled it. But since its closed and was a claim I can't. But stand up guys over there for sure!
