I technically didn't do it to my G, but got home today and got to see the paint work my buddy done for me while I was out of town for work. I have to say that the pictures don't do justice to how good my car looks now. The red is metallic so it really pops in the sunshine along with my malbec black car. Plus the blacked out window trim and fog light rings look a lot better than the chrome!

Count me as a fan of that black/maroon combo, looks great, engine cover & grill look
Blacked out trim proper as well, nice work!

Thank you sir! I still need to find an emblem for my engine cover, but other than that I'm happy. I'm hoping to get some pics out in the sunlight to really show it off!

So much better. If I were a Nissan designer, I'd be kicking myself for not coming up with these.

I'm still on the fence about them, maybe it's just the fact that there is change and I'm not use to them yet. Although they do feel a lot better than OEM.

I got my seats two months ago and bought some used Z34 rails since most sources say they are the same. Needless to say they are NOT the same and I had to special order some V36 sedan rails from Japan. They came in today 2 months later. I only had time to install one tonight since I have to tear apart the passenger seat for the weight sensor..

What kind of seat did you remove? Sport seat by chance? Is it the same seat on a G35 as a G37?

Installed the Swifts and Konis! Wow. Just, wow. I read all the stories about "saggy bum" and uneven drop, so I made sure to ask my shop to dial it in. I think it looks almost dead even. The ride is simply amazing. I have yet to feel that it is rougher in any way, but there is no more floating feeling. No lurch back and forth upon acceleration/braking. And the cornering is so much tighter. I can't wait until my Hotchki's come in...

Lol. Man, when I saw your car and your build thread, I was like - THAT is a guy I'm going to listen to (for the most part haha). I'm slightly more aggressive than you when it comes to poke, etc. But I really appreciate how much info you've put out there for people in this forum. And you've always been great about answering questions as well.

And yes, I'm stoked for the sways. I got the SPL end links too.

Next up will be the AutokitsX rear diffuser (painted the same matte black as the front grill), and the Tanabe Medallion exhaust. Hoping that will give enough sound inside the cabin, this car is too damn quiet.
