bye bye 7at
Approx. 5000$, considering the s was around 5000$ more when new and has 36000km as opposed to 99000km, i think its pretty good. Not to mention 19 or so months of bumper to bumper warranty.
I'm not selling them, Mike. That **** was made by LatheWerks.com. However, I am really pleased with the modification, and on-target with the OP's request for things he can do with his 6MT.
If you like, I could glue a little red turtle to the top of the ****. Would that be balling?

Or did I miss the joke/sarcasm??
There are surely a disproportionate amount of 6MT drivers in here

What I'm confused about is the CSC replacement on my 6MT Altima SER cost about $200 at the dealership, wondering how on the G it costs $1K+
i believe the location of the CSC is the big factor. some are external and do not double as a throw out bearing. since the part is only $125 or so, an external re+re would take less than an hour which would total closer to $200. as we know, our gearboxes have to be dropped to get at the G37 CSC. this adds a bunch of labour hours. pretty sure this is the root of the increased cost. parts are cheap.
Come, join us over on the dark side. We have 3 pedals

Welcome to the 3 pedal gang
. You will definitely enjoy the 6MT.
On a side note just had my wife's CSC changed on her 6MT (only 38K mi) at the dealership and they stated they haven't gotten many in for this replacement. So happy it was under warranty as it would be around $1300-$1500 to replace as they have to drop the tranny.
