Just like the title says...I guess the 10+ G's have a revised bumper and can't find the valence for the 09's. Do they make them?

Typically the valance is just a cover (usually vinyl or paint) that separates the recessed lower bumper area from the rest of the bumper. A diffuser is a separate piece that mounts in the same area but is attached w/ hardware or tape.

If you want valance vinyl you can try Bluebatmobile.net or try making your own.
