Radio/Climate control **** removal?

Hey guys, I got my Carsmo ***** in yesterday and tried to install them. I can't seem to get the factory ***** to come off and it literally feels like I am going to rip the face off the unit when I pull so hard. How did you guys swap yours out? I'm tempted to use a pair of pliers and a microfiber towel so I don't scratch my dash.

Haha, I'll have to try. This was at 1am and I had just gotten back from Mississippi. I'm actually in a plane at the moment on my way to South Carolina and won't be seeing my car until the 17th again. Let's hope I am awake enough to use my super human strength then!

For 1,000 dollars, I will come to your house and use my patented "pull like a man" technique to remove your OEM *****. Note, there is an additional fee for carsmo installation.

get a plier, wrap a towel on the ***** and use the plier to pull it out. Heck you dont even need the towel since you won't ever use the stock ***** again after installed the Carsmo *****.

enjoy.

Hell. I'll do it for the low low price of 650. With installation.
