Can't forget about the G8 GXP either!

Last I looked, you weren't a mod, Checkov (sic), so relax. Better yet, why did you buy your G37? Come on man, story time.
OK, I looked too and at over 3 posts per day you’re not quite a post *****. So you're probably in the other category where you regret your G37 choice and need further reassurance. In that case you’re right, I should have ignored this thread.

As to why I bought my G37, all I can say is I answered that question years ago in a similar thread, if you want to go back that far.

The reality of driving a kid to daycare every AM dictated my sedan purchase. It broke my heart to get rid of my weekend toy in the garage - an s2000 with 20k miles on it - so I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss having a small car.

I'd also be lying if I said I like the sedan more than the coupe. A dropped coupe on vossens is dead sexy, but that flies in the face of getting a 3-year old in and out of the thing every day.

I thought about an s 6mt sedan, but couldn't wrap my head around rwd - even with snows - as a dd in the ne.

I'm still contemplating a 135i convertible - with a carseat in the back - to sate that urge.

That said, I think this sedan is the best bang for the buck on the market. I had an 05 s4 - with the 4.2l 8, and alcantara recaros - and I like this car more

I've looked for a GXP on several occasions. Never could find a manual.

You don't know me here on the forum, Chekov. If you did, you'd know how ridiculous that was.

I remember test driving the G8 GT when it came out in the States. Kind of awkward, and unnecessarily huge, but holy cow that car was a straight line rocket.

Oh and let's lay off the kid with the free car... Dead horse.

Ok, you can have the last word here, as I don’t intend to post on this silly and redundant thread anymore. But we both know more about you than needs repeating.

I guess Razorr is not the only one! As to the question, my mother got me the sedan because it was significantly cheaper than the coupe.

I F***ing love the G man!

Wow. Aren't you a piece of work? Can't believe I've not seen you and your special style of Cheerio **** before on the forum.

You know what? Each man hides a secret pain... Share yours with me. LOL

You're up, Brad. Why did you get your 2009?

And I wouldn't worry about Chekov... He's gone. Said so himself. Probably on his front porch right now yelling at the neighbor kids.

If I remember correctly the G8 and the G8 GT were the only ones offered in an automatic. The GXP was only offered in a 6mt. Either way they're amazing cars for the money, but you're only buying four doors and an LS1, not much in the way of features.
