Mine's definitely louder in all aspects than stock, so from what I've heard it should be a fair amount louder than the Medallion, the Tanabe seems to be about the closest to stock sound w/ just a slightly deeper tone and a bit more volume when you get on it. I belive the tips I have are a bit different than the current tips on the TopSpeed, mine are about 4.5" diameter, I think the current TS tips are about 4".

Which is HUGE, in my opinion. Now if it were 4.5" wide and 3.0" tall, that would be a different matter.

And round tips in an oval cut-out will always look somewhat odd, although I think the 2007-2009 bumper supports round tips better than the 2010+ bumper. (And before you point it out, I already know... )

Was wondering if the Tanabe Mid Pipe (T50132) is one solid piece or two pieces? At the point where the Y intersects I see large welding or maybe a point acting as a sleeve or coupler. Tried searching and went to the Tanabe site and I still can't tell.

INFINITI G37 COUPE RWD & AWD 09-13 DUAL AXLE-BACK EXHAUST SYSTEM *** BEVEL EDGE TIPS

i been looking for something affordable and this sounds awesome. I have a 2013 G37x Sedan. I am not sure if this would fit. Do you think this would void the warranty and is it simple plug & play?
