When I saw 270 miles on almost 17gallons of gas I about passed out, but that is the reality of it... 350 city miles is pretty damn good. I barely get that on the highway.

I have a very similar commute and mpg as you. It's worse than our 2013 Highlander. Although the Highlander is nowhere near as fun to drive....

I have friends that literally get 1-3mpg worse in their fullsize V8 pickup trucks. If i wanted pickup gas mileage I would have just bought a damn pickup truck LOL

I almost traded my G in for a Tahoe at one point because of the cheaper gas (I have a station close to me that has E85) and could have saved a lot of money, but I didn't want to give up the sportiness of the G for the soccer-momness of a Tahoe.
