Last time I looked at replacing the seat belts, there weren't companies like these two "re-webbing" your belt assemblies. If I can get both fronts done under $200, I might actually go for it. Although the rears might look out of place then. IDK.

I've looked into this and I think you may have to send them in your cores or buy a used set to send in so you're not without belts. Seems to be a pretty reputable company. Curious how these come out if you do it. Good luck!

Yes, you send them your belt reels, they cut new belts, swap them in and send them back. No worries on my end about not being able to use my car. I barely drive it anyway.
It's just an idea at this point. Throwing it out there and seeing if it triggers anyone.
While on topic of Stone leather, you guys have recs for products to clean the seats? I’ve admittedly not given them a deep clean ever, only basic rag with soap and water.
Leartherique seems to be popular for lighter leather, anything else to try?

So they're 2x the cost of the other place. Hmm. No wait, I think they're both $200 per belt, it's just one of those two businesses does a better job of obfuscating the total cost than the other. Although they both do it. Pretty sure the going rate is $200 re-webbing per belt. That's $400+ just for the front seats, or $1000 for all five belts.
Can't remember the last time I paid over a $1000 just for a color change. No wait again, that's wrong, LOL.

Mind you, just a few months ago, I rerouted the driver and passenger-side sunroof drain tubes to circumvent the faulty firewall grommets (tee-tapped both tubes to the existing A/C drainage line in the passenger-side footwell.
So I felt around and found water here, up near the hood release and fuse box in the driver-side footwell:
Anyone have ideas on what the culprit could be? I see posts about the windshield cowl seals failing, but it seems that from water getting into the cabin air duct, which is on the passenger side.
Any insight is much appreciated (is water-tightness that much to ask for a 10yr old car?!)

I feel your pain bud. Not too long ago I had water on my drivers carpet so I also tapped the front sunroof drains into the ac drain line for piece of mind. I hope you find the culprit. Maybe use a hose and spray it directly at the cowl to see if it is failing. Good luck and it's not much to ask for water tightness on a 10 year old car.

Little devil on your shoulder: Your car is long since paid off, you don't rack up that many miles and I don't get the impression you're interested in jumping ship to something new anytime soon. So, if you would get some personal enjoyment, what's $1000 in the grand scheme of things? I think your G is entering that "keeper" phase, where what you'd get out of it isn't worth giving it up for. Might as well slow drip some more mods into it.
