Be forewarned that just because you dial in a specific offset preference, that in no way means you'll be able to purchase wheels to match exactly what you want. Some manufacturers (hello, Vossen
) only build a handful of offset choices.

Yeah, unfortunately this is the struggle. As long as I can get close, i'll be happy. I was thinking about going with the Forgestar F14's in either gloss black, matte black or semi gloss. Forgestar seems to have a wide variation of offsets. Almost every wheel manufacture carries either a +33, +35 or +38 from my experience. If I can get on the safer side without rubbing i'll be happy even if it isn't exactly flush.
I'm currently searching for a square set of wheels in 19x9.5 that doesn't look to ricey, but also doesn't look close to an OEM wheel. AND something that doesn't have a manufacturer stamped into the metal. I've never understood why some manufacturers do that.
I have a staggered set of Coupe wheels on my X sedan 19x8.5 / 19x9 and I really wish I had went with a square set. I'd feel more comfortable rotating the tires frequently.
I am sitting at 19x9.5 +25 with 245/40 all around right now. dropped on BCs no rubbing no fender work just a little bit of camber pretty sure my rears are about -2.5 and fronts are around -1.5
I also just scooped up a set of square G37 OEM coupe wheels 19x9 all around (2 rear sets) that I m going to run in future winters I ll be sure to throw up some pics when I get them on. I don't think I m going to run spacers since they are just winter wheels

I would recommend 9.5 actually. I think going with that width and an offset between +20 and +35 looks great. This also can eliminate the need for using wide spacers (if you're looking for additional poke).

IDK, maybe i'm still stuck in the subaru mentality.
This is kind of why I wanted the higher offset/wider wheel, why get a spacer, spend more money when you can just purchase the right aftermarket wheel to begin with? I mean, I get it, they dont make it in your offset that fits to your liking, and I can definetely understand running a spacer on OEM equipment, but why when going with an aftermarket wheel wouldn't you get the right fitment to begin with?
If I had picked out the perfect looking wheel to my liking, but that wheel didn’t have the offset I wanted, my options would be to use a spacer, or go back and settle for the next best wheel with the correct offset.
However, if there’s a number of styles that you like equally, and one of them needs a spacer, and the other doesn’t…I’d suggest getting the one that doesn’t need it.
I think you just answered your own question with the bold statement above.

These are the wheels i'm looking at, just in a different color. Super simple, clean, but looks so damn good. These appear bronze or gunmetal, i'm thinking i'd go with the one of the three black colors (semi gloss, matte or gloss) and get a square setup.
