The HFC's will make your exhaust much louder than what it is now but enjoy that too because i do. Love putting the windows down in tunnels and underpasses. sounds so sick...my kids just love the way my Mia growls.
Thanks Zoster, I'll make sure I have them set them in the middle.

I love your weather in SoCal though I hate your taxes! I've driven from San Diego to San Francisco a couple times on the 1 and through the mountains one of my favorite drives for sure.

Go get you a garbage plate! Don't let them have the fun and food!! If you're up that way and can stop I highly recommend Sophia's just outside Buffalo and Duff's there in Buffalo.

There are a bunch of thing to hate here besides Taxes...car registration, gas, smog, crazy laws, etc, etc. Hey but I still love living here in Los Angeles. Don't think I could move anywhere else unless I'm forced to. You know I've never taken the drive to Frisco and I should. I want to take the coast hwy though up there and go through all those beautiful cities along the coast. Taken plenty of drives though to San Diego, TJ, Rosarito and Ensenada!

**** I would check it out if there would be a chance haha. Honestly I've never even been to Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse nor Albany that wide spread area is really unfamiliar to me although I have been to Montreal so I guess I must have driven through or by Albany at this point haha. Well bring it on Kevin and John I am down to be a little spontaneous depends what when and where

Yikes!

I may or may not take pictures. Two G37S 6MT Sedans covered in road-salt is not exactly a beautiful thing. It's extremely rare, sure, but not necessarily photo worthy.
Now I definitely gotta meet up with Kevin to further talk about the HFCs , CBE and uprev osiris tune considering he's got it all done now , all I need now is a tune haha

I went with the middle setting on my Eibachs, after trying real hard to figure out which way to go. Had the same issue for the fronts, because the Eibachs have two settings available in the front.

Went with soft-front, and middle-back, having come to the researched conclusion that you only go aggressive if you're dialing in for the track. Figured once they go on, I wouldn't be changing things, and I haven't.

Of course, the only way to really know is to try different setting combinations and make up your own mind. And if that were something I could accomplish without crawling under the car over and over... meh. I'm a lazy old man.

Sorry, Mike. It was Choman's idea, and a pretty spontaneous one at that.

We're meeting up for breakfast Saturday at this fantastic location on Seneca Lake in Geneva, NY. He's going to be in the Finger Lakes region for something, and asked if I could meet him half-way. I can't speak for you, but I suspect driving 250 miles for coffee and scones is an effort not well matched for the returns. Besides... snow tires, road salt, freezing temps, etc. Yuck.

Beautiful facility, though: Belhurst Castle

Here's an idea: if this Chat Thread continues to evolve, and forum friendships continue as they seem to, we can all arrange for a larger Northeast Meetup in Summer 2014. I'd make a road trip for that. Someone can wear an iPad around their neck, and Newt could FaceTime in for participation.

I was thinking for a Bills Game or a Holiday Valley ski trip but that won't work.
If you guys do this and keep it somewhere between Rochester and the border, I'm sure a few of your neighbours might join in. I, for one, enjoy a Rock/Country concert and Ribs (Ribfest anyone?)

I'd think you'd have more opportunities for meet-up being near Toronto than you would in Upstate New York.

I've got a friend next door to you in Kitchner. We met through Maxima.org, and have both kept up contact since. He's come down to Rochester each of the last two years and we've spent the day at an AutoCross event. These days he's driving a supercharged 2003 G35 Sedan 6MT. It's pretty raw, and scary fast.
