Haven't heard of those before. I just go to rockauto and get them for a nice price.
RockAuto Parts Catalog
Just scroll down to Infiniti, click year, model, then go to Heating & Air Conditioning tab, then Cabin Filter tab, you'll get a bunch of choices. I get all my air, oil & cabin filters in bulk, saves a bunch! Usually coupon codes floating around too so even a better deal!

If they work as well after 75,000 miles it will save money, or if they do a better job overall I suppose it would be a good buy. Should be able to get about 5 regular filters for the price listed on that site.

Changing the cabin filter is a 10 minute job

I replace mine once a year and I think attempting to clean one is a PITA as well as an additional expense over the OEM ones from the dealer
